1. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you upload, sell, or distribute via EcohPay.
• You must comply with all applicable local and international laws.
• You may not upload or sell illegal, harmful, or infringing materials.

2. Payments & Stripe

• All payments are processed via Stripe. EcohPay does not handle or store funds directly.
• Pro users may receive payouts weekly or instantly (where eligible); Free users are paid monthly.
• EcohPay is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

3. Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
• This includes fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, or excessive refund requests.

4. Platform Changes

• We may update or modify features at any time to improve functionality, compliance, or user experience.
• Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

• EcohPay is not liable for loss of revenue, data, or access resulting from platform downtime or misuse.
• You use EcohPay at your own risk and agree that the service is provided “as is.”
