Yes — you can start selling for free. On Free, you get unlimited products, Smart Links, and Paywalls with a 5% fee per sale. Storefront and custom branding require Pro.
What’s included in the Pro Plan?
Pro costs £10/month and removes all fees. It unlocks your own branded Storefront, lets you customise branding, removes EcohPay logos, and includes priority support.
Can I sell digital products or paywalled content?
Absolutely. Upload files, lock PDFs, videos, or guides behind Paywalls, or share digital downloads. EcohPay delivers them automatically after purchase.
Are there any limits on the Free plan?
No limits on products, Smart Links, or Paywalls. Free users simply pay a 5% platform fee per sale. Pro removes the fee and adds storefront branding and support.
How fast do I get paid?
Payments are deposited directly into your Stripe account. Stripe manages payout timing, which can be standard, weekly, or even instant (depending on your account settings).
Do I lose anything when I upgrade or downgrade?
No. Your products, Paywalls, and Smart Links remain intact. If you downgrade from Pro, your Storefront and custom branding are disabled, but your links and content remain live.
Is EcohPay secure?
Yes. EcohPay uses Stripe for secure checkout, payouts, and account management. Your earnings are safe.
Do Pro users get support?
Yes. Pro subscribers get access to priority support with faster response times and dedicated help.
